Annotation

The software package "WaterSteamPro" allows calculation of the thermophysical properties of water and water steam over a wide range of input data.

The "WaterSteamPro" package defines more than 200 functions for calculation of water and water steam properties by formulas, proposed by the International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam. The thermodynamic properties are evaluated according to the Formulation 1997 for industrial use, and the other properties are evaluated according to the it's own Formulations.

The "US units edition" of the WaterSteamPro define the functions with US dimensions (unlike SI dimensions in normal edition), such as ft, lb, psi and so on.

The given version presents examples of "WaterSteamPro" operation in the following program environments:

• Mathcad Professional of the MathSoft, Inc. corporation;
• Microsoft Excel, the Microsoft Office component of the Microsoft, Inc. corporation;
• Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, the Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 component of the Microsoft, Inc. corporation;
• Windows Scripting Host (examples in JScript and VBScript languages are given);
• Borland Delphi;
• HTML Example - usage WaterSteamPro in Internet and Intranet.
