- "Common properties" - water/water steam properties are calculated with pressure and temperature data. Water condition area therewith is determined. If a point being calculated appears to lie on the saturation line, steam parameters are returned.
Fig. 1. Calculations by the common functions
- "Saturation line - pressure dependence" - presents properties of water/water steam on the saturation line depending on pressure value (Fig. 2).
Fig. 2. Calculations for the pressure saturation line
- "Saturation line - temperature dependence" - presents water/water steam properties in the saturation line depending on temperature value (analogously to the previous mode);
- "Common properties including the two-phase area" - presents water/water steam properties depending on pressure, temperature and dryness degree (Fig. 3). In so doing, the given mode appears analogous to the mode "Common properties" if a computed point lies not in the saturation line. Otherwise, water/water steam properties are calculated for the two-phase area depending on dryness degree and temperature. The point is considered to lie in the saturation line if the difference between the pressure dependent saturation temperature and the specified temperature is less than 1 Ê.
Fig. 3. Calculation of properties in the double-phase area
- "The two-phase area - pressure dependence" - presents calculation of water/water steam properties with values of pressure and dryness degree.
- "The two-phase area - temperature dependence" - presents calculation of water/water steam properties with values of temperature and dryness degree.
