License agreement for the "WSP"

  1. All rights to "WSP" are reserved by the author - Konstantin A. Orlov.
  2. The author reserves the right to modify subsequently the license agreement.
  3. The WSP trial version may be freely distributed and copied only as it supplied (installation archive). No person or company may charged a fee for the distribution of WSP without written permission from the author. The trial version may be used in the period of one month. After that you must to buy the license or break to use the WSP.
  4. The author grants you this license to use WSP on a single computer. You may not transfer the licensed program to any natural or juridical person.
  5. To use WSP for commercial purposes you must conclude special license agreement. To adjust the agreement you need to contact with author - Konstantin Orlov.
  6. You may copy or use in your design the source (uncompiled) code of the programs included in WSP.
  7. You may use under this license any part of WSP for individual, non-commercial purposes. For all over purposes you must to purchase special licenses.
  8. It is forbidden to develop, share, distribute and so on the programs based on WSP which can be the competitor for WSP. It's mean that the programs based on any part of WSP must not to reproduce the functionality of the WSP.
  9. Using any program from WSP package, it is necessary to give the reference that you use WSP (for example, in About box or in bibliography) and point out the authors, copyright owner and web site of the program.
  10. You may not use copy, emulate, rent, lease, sell, decompile, disassemble, study the program code by other means, transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.
  11. WSP is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it on your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
  12. Installing and using WSP signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove WSP files from your storage devices and cease to use the program.
  13. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the program author - Konstantin Orlov.
